Building Strength Across Borders

What drives us forward

Distance shouldn't determine who gets access to quality strength training. We started Torkanu to solve a real problem: talented athletes scattered across the state with no structured way to build conditioning skills.

Our platform connects students from different cities into a single learning environment. The curriculum focuses on practical conditioning techniques that work in any setting, whether you train in a full gym or a home setup.

Regional Access

Students from Dnipro, Kharkiv, Lviv and smaller towns learn together without traveling.

Structured Programs

Each course follows a clear progression from foundational movements to advanced conditioning.

Practical Focus

Every lesson includes techniques you can apply immediately in your training routine.

How we evolved since launch

2022

Launched with a single conditioning course and 38 students from three cities. The focus was testing whether online delivery could match in-person coaching quality.

2023

Added mobility and injury prevention modules after students requested more comprehensive programming. Enrollment grew to 140 active learners.

2024

Introduced advanced periodization courses and regional study groups. Students now collaborate on training plans and share progress across the platform.

Today

Operating across eight regions with specialized tracks for different athletic backgrounds. The platform continues adapting based on what students need most.

Principles that shape our work

  • Evidence-Based Methods

Every technique in our courses comes from established conditioning research and proven coaching practice. We don't include trendy exercises that lack solid foundation.

  • Regional Accessibility

Students in smaller cities deserve the same quality instruction as those in major athletic centers. Our platform removes geography as a barrier to learning.

  • Adaptive Programming

Training plans adjust to different equipment availability and experience levels. The same course works for someone with a full gym or minimal home setup.

  • Sustainable Progression

We prioritize long-term development over quick results. Courses emphasize gradual skill building that prevents injury and maintains motivation.
