By accessing and using the Torkanu platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

Torkanu provides an online educational platform focused on strength conditioning. Our service includes access to structured lessons, interactive learning materials, progress tracking tools, and related educational content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.
User Accounts
To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform and its content solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform without prior written consent.
User-Generated Content
If you submit, post, or transmit any content to our platform, including feedback, comments, suggestions, or other materials, you grant Torkanu a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party.
Payment and Subscriptions
Certain features of our platform may require payment. All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are subject to change with reasonable notice. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of paid services.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you select. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. Refunds are provided only as explicitly stated in our refund policy or as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure at any time. Price changes will be communicated to active subscribers with reasonable advance notice.
Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The Torkanu platform and all content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
The educational content provided through our platform is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results from using our materials. Physical training carries inherent risks, and users should consult with qualified professionals before beginning any exercise program.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Torkanu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Torkanu, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Torkanu. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
Privacy and Data Protection
