Eligibility for Refunds

Course Purchases

Refund eligibility depends on the type of course and the extent of content accessed:

• Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of course content has been accessed
• Partial refunds may be considered within 30 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis
• No refunds are available after 30 days from the date of purchase
• No refunds are available if more than 50% of course content has been accessed

Subscription Services

For subscription-based access to our platform:

• Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds for the current billing period are not provided unless required by applicable law
• Annual subscriptions may be eligible for pro-rata refunds within the first 30 days if less than 20% of content has been accessed

Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are non-refundable:

• Downloadable materials that have been accessed or downloaded
• One-on-one coaching sessions that have been scheduled or completed
• Certification examination fees
• Special promotional offers or discounted bundles
• Gift certificates or promotional codes

Refund Request Process

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Include your order number and the email address associated with your account
3. Provide a brief explanation of your refund request
4. Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review your request

Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
• Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing course content:

• Contact our technical support team immediately at contact@torkanu.com
• We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
• If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be provided
• Technical issues must be reported within 14 days of purchase

Course Cancellations

In the event that Torkanu cancels or discontinues a course:

• Enrolled students will receive a full refund
• Alternative courses of equal value may be offered as a substitute
• Notification will be provided at least 14 days in advance when possible

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances such as serious illness, family emergencies, or other significant life events will be considered on an individual basis. Please contact us with documentation supporting your request.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution:

• Your account access will be immediately suspended pending resolution
• We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback
• Unresolved chargebacks may result in permanent account termination

Modifications to Refund Policy

Torkanu reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
